Exchange Policy:
* All products are exchanged within a period not exceeding (one day) from the date of receipt of the order.

* If you benefit from the free shipping offer, the customer bears the shipping costs for the return (35 riyals)
* The amount due is refunded within 3 to 10 days after receiving and inspecting the product.
* The order cannot be canceled if it has been shipped.
* Delivery fees are not refundable if the cancellation is made after shipping and the customer bears the cost of canceling the shipment (35 riyals).
* In the event of a defect or manufacturing error in the product, it will be returned or replaced after reporting it.
