1- The order will be delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the period specified by the shipping company agreed upon by Rose Store.
2- Any delay in the delivery date of the shipment due to the shipping company is considered outside the responsibility of Rose Shopping Store.
3- In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to:
– The customer’s failure to respond to the shipping company or repeated postponement.
Or there is an error in the data contained in the shipping policy, specified by the customer before completing the order.
After the shipment arrives to us, we will contact the customer again to reship it.
4- The customer bears the cost of shipping the order again
